And hey, I’m Lindsey!
The reason I believe so strongly in crafting a healthy*ish diet and lifestyle is because I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I’ve seen all the research, have practiced in many settings with clients across the lifespan – literally from in utero to death. And one of my biggest takeaways? You don’t need any health or diet extremes.
In addition to my clinical practice, I’ve also been writing approachable, healthy recipes for over a decade.
As a dietitian, I support nourishing your body with foods you love. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland, boring, complicated, extreme, or restrictive. In fact, healthy*ish eats may actually be the healthiest eats for you!
